Tholen - Razzle is new on the Dutch market. The organic soft drink, which consists of a combination of fruit juice, mild kombucha and a spicy addition, has been available exclusively at Mont Blanc Foods since the beginning of this week. The drink contains no added sugars and is low in calories. There are three varieties: Apple-Lemon-Juniperberry, Mandarin-Lemongrass and Blackcurrant-Apple-Dragon.On March 14 and 15, the wholesaler from Eelde showed Razzle to the public for the first time at the Spring Trade Fair Food Specialties in Houten."The response to the fair was very good. There were not that many visitors who were specifically looking for organic products, but they were absolutely enthusiastic. Six stores even placed an order right away. We received very good reactions to the taste", says Leo den Hamer on behalf of Mont Blanc Foods.Leo den Hamer and Hans van der Velde from Mont Blanc Foods toast the new collaboration with Alain de Bruyn from Razzle. This happened last Monday during the Spring Trade Fair Food Specialties. In the near future, retailers in the health food channel will have the opportunity to get acquainted with Razzle. With the help of GreenSprout, all Dutch organic stores will be visited in the coming weeks."The timing for this is ideal, just before the real season.""Impressed by the overall picture" Leo saw the drink in Biojournaal last September. He then contacted the creators of Razzle himself: Mathieu Dedecker, Alain De Bruyn and Floris Combes."I am particularly impressed by the overall picture. It is an original product with a very well thought-out story. I already read the latter in the article and it is confirmed time and again. The drink contains only 3.5 grams of sugar, no mess and it's finally something really different. Moreover, you notice that these guys have been working in the organic world for a long time and know how to support a product."A mature alternative Mathieu, Alain and Floris went for a drink with a more complex, mature taste.A responsible alternative to the well-known soft drinks.According to them, there is a lot of room to bring something different, despite the dominance of, for example, cola and orange.Razzle is also a good alternative for people who want to drink less alcohol and are therefore looking for an alternative.Razzle was launched in Belgian organic stores in November 2020.So that's the foundation. And by also supplying the product to the catering industry after the reopening, they want to reach more people.Mathieu already indicated in the interview with Biojournaal that they certainly want to remain active in the organic sector, because they believe that they can reach the conscious consumer through this channel and make a difference in the future.Crowdfunding campaign An item about Razzle was shown on AVS East Flemish Television last Tuesday. In it, Mathieu Dedecker explains, among other things, more about the crowdfunding campaign that raised 200,000 euros in one month. For more information: Hans van der Velde & Leo den Hamer Mont Blanc Foods BV 06 11198074 |06 48686350 hans@montblancfoods.com |leo@montblancfoods.com www.montblancfoods.comPublication date: Fri 18 Mar 2022 Author: Lenneke Pors-Schot © BioJournaal.nlAll fields marked with * must be completed.Would you also like to receive our newsletter?†click hereOther news from this sector:<< Back |BioJournaal.nlSign up for our daily newsletter to receive all the latest news directly by email! You're seeing this pop-up because this is your first time visiting our site.If you always see this message, you have disabled your cookies and they will continue to appear.
