KI NO BI gin celebrated its 5th anniversary and specially launched KI NO BI GO Kyoto Dry Gin, and cooperated with local restaurants.

Translated as "the beauty of the four seasons", KI NO BI is the first craft gin in Kyoto, Japan, thanks to its co-founders, husband and wife David Croll and Noriko Kakuda Croll, and business partner Marcin Miller. KI NO BI gin is inspired by Japanese tradition, with a recognizable dry gin style, infused with Japanese elements. Therefore, it explains its rice wine base and uses pure groundwater from the famous Fushimi brewing area, infused with plant ingredients such as yellow grapefruit, cypress sawdust, bamboo, Yulu tea from the Uji region, and green sansho (Japanese pepper) berries-all from Kyoto.

Despite being a relatively young brand, KI NO BI is becoming more and more popular among gin lovers and has won many praises in the industry. Today, KI NO BI is well-known all over the world and has won numerous awards in prestigious international spirits competitions, including the IWSC International Gin Producer of the Year.

To coincide with the brand's 5th anniversary, an exclusive 6 Elements master class was held, which also introduced the limited edition KI NO BI GO, and briefly introduced the in-store promotions for Malaysian gin lovers.

During the master class, guests were introduced to the six elements used to create various KI NO BI expressions-namely KI NO BI, KI NO BI TEA and KI NO BI SEI. The six elements used to cultivate the spirit include:

Base note-composed of juniper berries, iris, and cypress, accounting for more than half of the ingredients, laying the foundation for the overall taste; citrus-Japanese yuzu, with a unique citrus flavor, reminiscent of lime; the aroma of lemon peel Light floral aroma, with sherbet and lemon candy flavors; herb-sansho pepper, mild spicy finish with oriental flavor, kinome leaves enhance the aroma and flavor characteristics of spirits; spice-ginger, adding sharp and spicy Taste; fruity and floral scents-red perilla leaves and bamboo leaves bring floral scents to the potential aroma; and tea-use high-quality green tea (gyokuro), which allows the flavor to be mixed through other distillates during the mixing process, which helps to bring the mixture to Come harmony and balance.
