MANILA, Philippines – Milk tea enthusiasts, we’ve got the tea! Popular Thai milk tea brand ChaTraMue has announced that it will be opening its first Philippine location in SM Mall of Asia. 

One of the biggest “original Thai Tea” brands in Thailand, ChaTraMue announced in September that its first flagship store “is coming soon to Manila.” In a recent Instagram comment, the brand said that it will set up shop at the Foodhall in SM Mall of Asia but did not give an official opening date yet.

Famous for its make-at-home instant Thai tea products, the brand’s flagship store will sell an assortment of tea-flavored desserts, such as Thai Tea soft serve ice cream, and classic ready-to-drink beverages, such as authentic Thai milk tea, Jasmine Milk Tea, Green Milk Tea, and Plum Red Tea, as well as Bubble Milk Tea, Cocoa Drink, Iced Green Tea, and more.

ChaTraMue has been serving customers for over 75 years and has expanded to Malaysia, China, Cambodia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Brunei. – with reports by Jacob Tambunting/Rappler.com
